Genesis & Incorporation
Jhargram Krishak Producer Company Limited (JKPCL) was established with support from NABARD. Starting with a modest agricultural input business, revenue began at ₹12.24 lakh.
Harvest Aggregation & Paddy Procurement
Initiated direct paddy procurement under government KMS programs ensuring MSP for farmers, and began collective harvest aggregation to reduce middleman dominance.
Corporate Linkages & Mobile Rural Mart
Successfully established a supply channel with Reliance Retail Ltd. and introduced a Mobile Rural Mart (Pick-up-van) for last-mile delivery of crucial farm inputs.
Custom Hiring Expansion
Scaled up the Custom Hiring Centre significantly, generating high revenues from farm machinery rentals and supporting extensive micro-irrigation installations (PMKSY/BKSY).
Eco-Friendly Tech & High Surplus
Introduced precision farming via Agri Drone Services with E-vehicles. Achieved a nearly tenfold revenue increase (over ₹1.13 crore) with the highest-ever surplus.
